    一些随想

        又是这样一个夜晚,绕着(蓬莱路--->河南南路-->中华路--->蓬莱路)这样的圈子跑了3圈,再回到弄堂底的健身器材那里做了50个锻炼手臂力量的我也说不清是什么动作的动作....@_@
        以前貌似身上的FAT真的是多了点,以至于至今我照镜子还是觉得自己太胖了,说穿了,肌肉太少了,小mosi说到185就够了,自己的目标是180,仔细算算其实真的到了180,去健身房锻炼肌肉的话,肯定是增重的,所以还是暂定180吧,相信肯定会有所反弹的.
        关于LOSE WEIGHT的一些心得体会,我想了想还是准备在达到180以后再写,省得麻痹自己.
